M&F Funeral Services are proud to be a member of the National Association of Funeral Plan Providers (NAFPP).

The NAFPP represents the growing prepaid funeral plan sector. Following regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority in 2022, there are currently around twenty-eight organisations authorised to provide funeral plans to UK consumers. These range from the biggest national brand names to local funeral directing firms and a number of smaller specialist providers.

The NAFPP offers a Find My Plan service, which is a simple online search form to trace any lost prepaid funeral plan through the NAFPP members and is completely free to use. https://nafpp.org/find-my-plan/

All of our branches are open Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm and Musselburgh High Street, Musselburgh Lochend Road and the Dalkeith branches are also open on Saturday 9am to 12 noon. Should you need us outwith opening hours we operate a 24 hour service on 0131 653 6177
